INTRODUCTION

PROJECT 1

For Project 1, we were supposed to find 5 objects and turn them into spaceships, and this is the idea from an artist name Erik Geusz.

I find the 5 objects which are a nail clipper, a bakery tool, a hair clip, a mouse, and a detector. We need to think of a theme and background storylines for our vehicles. My theme is SURVIVE and RUSTED. The story starts after 1000 years later. We were also required to think the function for each vehicle

After showing Mr Redzwan about the sketch, he told me to change the perspective of the vehicles which can show the details of the vehicles in one perspective.

SKETCHBOOK TASK:

Week 4

This week we were asked to draw animals, I also rarely draw animals, and this is an opportunity to learn how to draw animals

Here were the sketches that I did:

Week 5 

This week's title is TOOLBOX, we were supposed to draw tools, I feel this is easier than drawing animals

To know how to design vehicles, we have to familiar with machines, we were asked to draw the parts of the machines and here were the sketches that I did:

This week we didn't have task because Mr Redzwan want us to focus on the final submission for Project 1

REFLECTION:

It was a challenge to me, it was because this is the first time to design 5 vehicles, even it is redesign base on the actual object, i feel very difficult to have a good design. I thought finding object might be the easier part of this project, but im wrong, it is hard to find something is suitable.

During the process, Mr Redzwan's feedback help me a lots, i manage to draw better and come out with a better design. It is fun while the final design and coloring is done, because the image of the original objects always come in mind, and i had recreate it into vehicles! The coloring was the hardest parts for me, i had tried very hard to color as authentic as i can. Overall, i am quite satisfy on my few vehicles.
