INTRODUCTION

FINAL PROJECT

For our final project, we have to find a partner and each of us act to each other as a designer and customer. We need to have 5 pages, and our partner will give us the content and require the style of layout.

We using watapps to send photos:

10 Principles Of Good Website Design by Vitaly Friedman

Fig 3.1 Principles of Good Website

In order to use the principles properly we first need to understand how users interact with websites, how they think and what are the basic patterns of users' behavior. After that, then we start to think and use about these principles

Don’t Make Users Think
should be obvious and self-explanatory

Don’t Squander Users’ Patience
First-time visitors are willing to play with the service, not filling long web forms for an account they might never use in the future.

Manage To Focus Users’ Attention
the better sense of orientation they have and the more trust they can develop towards the company the site represents.

Strive For Feature Exposure
Letting the user see clearly what functions are available

Make Use Of Effective Writing

Strive For Simplicity

Don’t Be Afraid Of The White Space
it makes it possible to perceive the information presented on the screen

Communicate Effectively With A “Visible Language”
  • Organize
  • Communicate
  • Economize
Conventions Are Our Friends
they reduce the learning curve, the need to figure out how things work

Test Early, Test Often
