INTRODUCTION

Final Project

For the final project, we were required to choose one artwork of the specific 17 artist and remake it.

I choose the artist name Caseyweldon and the artwork " cat house "

As we need to remake the artwork but the concept should be still so i change the cat become dog

I roughly put the pictures together to see how will it come, and it is just a draft

Firstly, i adjust the dog with "match color", hue and saturation, and the brightness of it.After that, i use the smudge tool to make the dog's fur more natural inside the picture

After that, i put the house and the family inside the picture, and i adjust the curves and the brightness , darkness of the picture.

But i  found that, it didn't work well, and i really don't like what i had done. And it doesn't look like what the artwork that i choose.

So, i ask Mr Jeffery and Mr Martin that, can i change an idea? But they encourage me to stick on one and work at it, but they allowed me to change my idea.

After that, i try again and i started my second try on this idea.

I redo my work as i use cat this time, and i want to work on details on it.

First of all,I put the background and the cat together.

Next, i adjust the color of sky and the color of the land which is similar to the artwork i choose.

After that, i add the main things of the artwork which is the house and the family, and i add the shadow too. Besides, i change the color of the cat to match the orange cat in the chosen artwork, and also the house to match the purple sky.

The next step, i add the details on it, the trees, bushes and flowers. I edit the color of all of them to match the background and also the chosen artwork.

Last but not least, i edit the curves, darkness and brightness and also the color of the whole work to make it feels like it is evening which looks darker.

But Mr Jeffery said that the color of whole picture is too neon, so he use the hue/saturation tool to change the color of the picture

Next, we need to animate our image by using After Effect. Firstly, I make the house move left and right , i also animate the woman head moving up and down, seem like she is talking with her husband.Lastly, I slightly make the tree leaves move a bit.
